I think, install is missing. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins from the admin panel menu. You can install the other plugins (WooCommerce etc.). Then, you can see the WooCommerce and Product on the menu.
The plugin is not installed, however every time I try to install it I see it crashes and gives me a "500" server error.

Firstly, You need to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own. If you experience problems, you can contact the your hosting company. As a recommendation, use PHP7. Ask them to increase the PHP limits:
Then, can you write the admin panel information via private message to me?
I think, the problem is from hosting. I will check. Please can you write the FTP information with private message?
This is admin panel information. Required the login information to FTP.
As extra, I can't login to your admin panel. Password incorrect. Please, can you write the your cPanel information via private message?
I'm getting an error message.
I connected to FTP. What is your cPanel information?
No phpMyadmin. cPanel, i set the PHP settings.
Say that the PHP settings need to be changed. You can use PHP7. Ask them to increase the PHP limits:
I don't know using SFTP. The hosting company needs to change.
