    Hi There,

    I am trying to add a ticket to my event, however the TICKET tab does not exist in the side bar. Which means when I try to add a ticket to an event, the product fields are empty and I cannot add prices or quantities. Do you know what is causing this error?

    Hello,

    Step 1 – You can do this when you’re creating a new event or editing an event.

    Step 2 – Open the Ticket tab.

    Step 3 – You can choose the product for the remaining amount of tickets from Product for the Remaining Tickets area. You can change the number of remaining tickets from the stock status of this product. If you do not want to show the remaining number of tickets, leave this field blank. General price and general amount of stock will be taken for event from this product.

    Step 4 – Click to Add New button for new price table item or click to pencil button for edit price table item from Ticket area.

    Step  5 – You can choose the product for the price table from Product For Pricearea. You can change the number of remaining tickets from the stock status of this product. If you do not want to show the remaining number of tickets, leave this field blank. Price and amount of stock will be taken for price table from this product.

    Step 5 – You can enter the package feature for event from Package Feature area. Press enter for each line.

    Step 6 – Turn Off Credit Card Payment / Sale via Contact Form: You can close the credit card payment. You can activate the credit card payment of choose off button.

    Step 7 – Click the Publish button after the process is finished.

    Note: You can create all products with WooCommerce. For create a product, go to Products from the admin panel menu. Do not forget to enter the stock amount and the product price.

    I think, install is missing. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins from the admin panel menu. You can install the other plugins (WooCommerce etc.). Then, you can see the WooCommerce and Product on the menu.

    The plugin is not installed, however every time I try to install it I see it crashes and gives me a "500" server error.

    I really love this template and would love your help here. If I create you a WP login, would you mind fixing this for me?

    Of course, i will be help you.

    Firstly, You need to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own. If you experience problems, you can contact the your hosting company. As a recommendation, use PHP7. Ask them to increase the PHP limits:

    max_execution_time 600
    memory_limit 256M
    post_max_size 128M
    upload_max_filesize 128M

    Then, can you write the admin panel information via private message to me?
